Having been a senior leader for nearly 10 years, a head for 5 years, a CPD lead (SLE) for a variety of MATs and the Director of Education for a theatre in York, I am now offering my range of experience, creativity and positive outlook to other schools, alongside my own school work. I work with schools to create bespoke offerings that suit the needs of the individual school / staff / children, to enhance what is already working well and inline with your ethos and values rather than imposing ‘off the shelf’ systems and processes.

My work can consist of children focused work such as: coming into your school to take a class for the day/few days and lead a specialist project with them resulting in a piece of high-quality work or leading a staff meeting on a certain area of development then spending at least a day with the children and staff, putting that area into practice. My work also consists of focused work with adults in a more consultancy role, providing support such as: working with leaders to support areas of school development; looking at how to enhance ethos and enrichment or working with teachers who need a little extra support to reach their full potential. Everything I do comes from a place of positivity and a passion for helping schools provide Beyond Expectations Education that lasts.
